There is no better way to show your respect for hard work than by also taking time off to completely relax.

Breathe deeply, sit peacefully, detach from your thoughts. Take the time and space to just be, without doing.

We tend to value hard work and see relaxation a waste of time. It is not. Relaxation opens the mind, renews the spirit and restores the body. So shelve those plans to tidy the garage, mow the yard and clean the house today. Instead, wander on over to your favorite quiet spot, and sit a spell. It’ll do you some good.

Happy Labor Day.

Life Is Honest, Open and True: Through peacefulness and relaxation, you allow your body and mind to heal from your everyday demands. You can discover and accept who you really are. When you are comfortable with yourself, you can be more open and honest with others.
